A thief allegedly returned to a Melbourne home to raid it a second time after stealing the resident's Mustang and house keys.
The man allegedly first stole from the house on Ronald Crescent in Coburg in Melbourne's north about 1.20am on May 25 after he entered an open door.
He allegedly took house and car keys and remotes to the garage before driving away in the resident's black 2016 Ford Mustang with registration 1GR3BP, which was parked in the driveway.
Police believe the same man then returned to the house in a light-coloured SUV in the early hours of Friday, 26 May.
He allegedly tried to enter the garage using the stolen remotes about 3.15am.
Police have released CCTV footage of the man as they try to track him down.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
